Service Delivery:
Upon successful registration and payment of the booking amount, The Mumbai Studio will endeavor to deliver the contracted services within 30-60 days. In the event of unforeseen delays, such as logistical issues, government regulations, natural disasters, or any other reasons, The Mumbai Studio will inform participants as soon as possible. The services will then be rescheduled for the next available batch in the participant’s city. Participants will be notified well in advance of the new schedule.
Service Delivery Timeline:
Once a booking is confirmed, The Mumbai Studio will provide an estimated delivery timeline based on the service requested. This timeline may vary depending on factors such as location, the type of service, and other logistical considerations.
For services such as photography, the final media (photos, videos, etc.) will typically be delivered within 2 weeks from the session date, unless stated otherwise during the booking process. This allows time for extracting, editing, and uploading the raw images, among other processes.
Service Delivery Method:
The digital portfolio will be delivered via a drive link officially to the registered email ID. Physical media or prints (if applicable and charged separately) will be delivered to the address provided during booking.
The Mumbai Studio will ensure that all services are provided securely, safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of the media.
Shipping of Physical Products:
In cases where physical products (e.g., prints, merchandise, etc.) are part of the service, The Mumbai Studio will arrange for shipment to the provided address 2 weeks after the completion of the portfolio shoot.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the shipment and will be communicated to the client during the booking process.
The Mumbai Studio is not responsible for any delays or damages caused during shipping by third-party shipping providers. However, we will ensure that the shipping process is handled with care and in a timely manner.
Shipping Address Accuracy:
Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided during booking. The Mumbai Studio is not responsible for any delivery issues resulting from incorrect address details. If an error is found, clients must notify The Mumbai Studio within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation to make corrections.
Shipping Delays:
While The Mumbai Studio makes every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs issues, or delays by the shipping provider.
In the event of any shipping delays, The Mumbai Studio will notify the client as soon as possible and provide an updated timeline for delivery.
Shipping Costs and Taxes:
All shipping costs and applicable taxes for physical products are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise specified during the booking process.
Clients are advised to check with their local authorities about any additional customs duties or taxes that may apply to international shipments.
Non-Delivery or Loss:
In the unlikely event that physical products are lost or damaged during shipping, The Mumbai Studio will cooperate with the shipping provider to resolve the issue. However, The Mumbai Studio will not be held liable for the loss or damage of products during transit.
